If so, imagine your child at 21 years of age as a kind & decent person;  a person choosing to conform to accepted standards of moral behavior as adults and future parents.  Imagine establishing a parent plan as an opportunity to see a preview of your child's life as an adult.  A parent plan incorporating choices as a parenting skill can, actually, provide that preview.
