INDY PARENT HELP .....is just that! This is a parent development program. There are reams and reams of materials on child development; very little on parent development. Without parents there would be no kids! It has been said that 'parenting is the most important profession on this earth and it's being run by amateurs!'
When you sign up for an Indy Parent Help session you are signing up to be the professional parent you're capable of being. You will work at your own pace; recognize the parenting inheritances you are bringing to your parenting; communicate to your kids in a way that will empower them to become self-motivated, self-accountable, self-starters and self-sufficient. You will do this with all the qualities you currently have but have, perhaps, put on a back burner. You will be asked to make some changes in the way you communicate to your kids, but you won't be asked to be someone you're not!
Group Presentations
I am available to present parent effectiveness and child accountability topics to your company, church, school, club, or association. Topics such as:
- Effective Time Balance strategies between work and home.
- Faith based initiatives.
- Emotional Intelligence objectives.

Parent Effectiveness Home Party
INDY PARENT HELP - facilitated by Parenting Advocate & Child Behavior Coach Becky Kapsalis is a local 2-hour In-Home Parenting Party covering topics such as:
- Offering Choices
- Top 10 Behavioral Issues
- How Kids Process Our Words
- Separating Wants from Needs
- Behavioral Accountability
- Customized to your needs.
Sign up to host or attend-daytime or evenings. 9:00-11:00am or 6:30-8:30 pm $20 per person, maximum 12 people (includes hand-outs and work books). For groups larger than 12, please call for availability and discounted costs. Day and Time TBA

Private Mentoring Session (One Parent)
This Six 1-1/2 Hour "Parent Talk System" developed by Chick Moorman and Sandra Knapp plus "'Connection Parenting' sessions by Pam Leo and facilitated by Certified Parenting Advocate and Child Behavior Coach Becky Kapsalis is structured to empower you to speak the Language of Response-Able Parenting and Connect through communication - not coercion. Parents learn how to:
- Set Limits
- Teach response-ability
- Encourage problem solving
- Promote independence
- Explore the power of the words we use.
